SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WHEN I AM GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 3-15 days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER IN TIME?
If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 1-2 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.
ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us..
CAN I BE REFUNDED?
You have 30 days from the shipment date to receive an exchange, return or store credit.

Custom or Special items, items that are not in our inventory, are all sales final.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

After the 30 days is up you are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. No returns are accepted after 60 days from shipping date.

The items must be in saleable condition in order to obtain the above.

Some items might be ineligible for a return. Please ask your friendly customer service representative should you have questions about your purchase.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by clicking Order Status in our menu. Then input your tracking code you received in the email once the item has been shipped.

ABOUT PRODUCTS

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE ORDERED ITEM?
You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via Contact Us as long as it is not shipped.
CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please Contact Us. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.
MY ITEM BROKE; CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
If your item broke, which does not happen often, and you cannot repair it yourself, you have to contact us. We will then give you instructions whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
